Desert Rocks Team to produce Lake "POWELLAPALOOZA" September 23-26!
Lake "POWELLAPALOOZA" Music Festival will be taking place September 23-26 in Page - Lake Powell, Arizona. The festival will include 4 venues with 6 stages, houseboat/beach parties, 50-60 bands, fireworks, hot air balloons, and more!
Lake "POWELLAPALOOZA" Music Festival www.powellapalooza.com will be taking place September 23-26 in Page - Lake Powell, Arizona. The festival will include 4 venues with 6 stages, houseboat/beach parties, 50-60 bands, fireworks, hot air balloons, and more!
The camping, boating, music festival will feature 4 nights and 4 days of great music from the Reggae, Rock'n'Roll, Electronica, Jam, Funk, and Hip Hop genres. The event will be showcasing a brand new venue that consists of 3 red rock ampitheaters, red rock hallways, and plenty of room for camping. Other venues include the Gunsmoke Saloon and Blue Buddha, Antelope Marina, and Wahweap Marina. During the day two houseboats will depart around 10am to take a band and festival patrons out to a beach for a band beach party.
On Saturday Antelope Marina is sponsoring a Poker Run in which boaters will travel to five different locations around Antelope Island to pick up playing cards to see who has the best poker hand and thus wins the prize. At each stop POWELLAPALOOZA will have musis playing on houseboats or party barges.
On Friday night of the festival Page's own pyrotechnic will be launching firweworks from the ampitheater venue. Also some Page Balloon Reggatta promo will be taking place through Balloon rides from the ampitheater as well.
